The proximity to major attractions is perfect, as it's directly across from SeaWorld. The multiple pools provide a fun atmosphere for families, and the layout is vibrant with bright colors that keep the energy high around the property.
Upon arrival, we encountered a noisy lobby party that made check-in a hassle. Throughout the stay, I noticed an odd smell lingering in hallways, and breakfast left something to be desired with limited options. Parking came with unexpected fees, and I also found that the ice machine on our floor was out of order, which added to the small inconveniences. Plus, the pool had a few pesky bugs floating around, making it less than inviting for a swim.

missingWrote a review on Dec 07comfortable bedsquick check-ingood breakfastshuttle serviceexcessive chargelimited seating
I loved the spacious room with two comfortable queen beds. The check-in process was quick, and the staff greeted me with friendly smiles. The breakfast was decent, with hot items that made mornings much easier. Close proximity to SeaWorld made this stay perfect for my family trip. The pool area looked inviting, but I didn't have time to use it. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel throughout my stay. However, I was not pleased with the $15 daily parking fee. it felt excessive. The shuttle service to nearby attractions wasn’t well explained. I encountered lengthy delays that caused some frustration. Also, the breakfast area could use more seating since it got crowded during peak times. A couple of items in my room didn’t seem to get replenished every day, like coffee supplies and toiletries. Overall, I had a nice stay but was hoping for a few more improvements to really make it stand out.

ideal location close to SeaWorld, multiple pools with unique features, spacious room facilities including refrigerator
Inconsistent shuttle service to local attractions! ! Parking fee feels excessive given the area's proximity to attractions! The unpleasant smell from the water and elevators needs immediate attention!
